Portland, OR, October 12, 2017 — Lewiston, ME headquartered Rinck has hired Creative Performance Inc. (CPI), a national leader in financial and operational consulting for the marketing services industry, to conduct an onsite Workamajig Performance Audit, followed by Agency Workflow development and a Project Management Rollout with customized Roles & Responsibilities and an agency-wide DiSC Workshop.

CPI’s findings and recommendations from the Workamajig Performance Audit will be used to help standardize and clarify Rinck’s AM + PM roles and responsibilities as well as workflow, allowing them to deepen their end user adoption of the Workamajig platform. “We’re looking forward to working with Rinck,” states Vanessa Edwards, President of CPI. “During our engagement, we will be working with their team to identify key areas for improving the usage of their Workamajig instance, as well as defining and documenting best practice workflows and facilitating a Project Management rollout to increase throughput and improve agency profitability.”
