Portland, OR, November 12, 2018 — Vanessa Vollum Edwards delivered a well-received presentation at the Mirren CEO Summit, held in Chicago from Nov. 6-7.
Her presentation, titled ‘Potential…Not Profit: Financial Potential and Opportunity Cost,’ introduced the concept of Agency Financial Potential and why simply focusing on profitability is a legacy mindset keeping agency owners from true prosperity. She illustrated how Opportunity Cost is the true enemy, a critical metric ignored by agencies at their own peril, and walked the audience through the operational areas they should focus on for maximum impact, sharing practical next steps for reclaiming their agency’s Financial Potential.
The Mirren CEO Summit, held annually and limited to less than 150 agency leaders, addresses the most important issues related to building agency growth. This year, the Summit was broken into Four Pillars of Agency Growth: Model, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
