Portland, OR, April 26, 2021 — New England-based TribalVision has engaged Creative Performance Inc. (CPI) to conduct an Agency Performance Audit, followed by Agency Workflow development and a Project Management Rollout with customized Roles + Responsibilities and an agency-wide DiSC Workshop.
The goal of the engagements to provide TribalVision’s leadership with detailed recommendations and actionable next steps to modernize their financial and operational model, adopt best practice roles + responsibilities and evaluate adoption of an integrated software solution in an effort to increase their organizational agility, operational resilience and prepare for the future.
