Portland, OR, October 22, 2018 — Workamajig® once again called upon Vanessa Vollum Edwards to be a keynote speaker at their biennial Workology End-User Conference, held this year in San Diego, CA from October 14-17. Vanessa’s presentation about the evolution of Project Management, titled ‘PM Evolved: The Journey from Traffic to Ops’, highlighted the importance of the PM role within marketing agencies and described a necessary evolution of the role into one that is a true data-steward, an important responsibility which can help agency management make data-driven business decisions.

In addition, Vanessa was asked to pinch-hit an Accounting presentation when another speaker was unable to attend; quickly, Vanessa put together a finance presentation, good-humoredly titled ‘Accounting Is Sexy, Too!’. The lighthearted title belied the depth of the presentation, which began by highlighting some of the key ways financial professionals aren’t correctly using the Workamajig tool to its fullest extent. She then explained the power of good data from an integrated tool like Workamajig by describing the concepts of Financial Opportunity Cost and Financial Potential to the audience of approximately 200 agency executives.

Workamajig is the most powerful and innovative project management software for marketing and ad agencies, design firms, in-house creative departments and everyone else in the creative industry.
