World Vision Engages CPI | Agency Transformation Planning Initiative

Loveland, CO, November 1st 2024 — Creative Performance Inc. (CPI), a leading operations and financial consulting firm for marketing, advertising, and media agencies, announced today that World Vision, a global humanitarian organization with an in-house marketing organization, has engaged CPI for an Agency Transformation planning initiative.

The engagement will focus on designing a future-state operating model to improve the agency’s operational effectiveness and financial performance through targeted recommendations related to structure, workflow, governance, and management practices. This initiative is intended to produce a transformation plan, with execution to be led by World Vision’s internal leadership team.

  • Governance, accountability, and leadership alignment

Following the engagement, World Vision will have a clearly defined Agency Transformation Plan outlining recommended changes to its operating model, providing leadership with a structured foundation for internal execution and long-term performance improvement.
