(CPI), a national leader in financial and operational consulting for the marketing services industry, to conduct a Workamajig Discovery, as well as develop a Deployment Plan and detailed Implementation Roadmap. These will help them understand the financial, cultural and resource requirements to fully operationalize their Workamajig investment, while leaving the smallest possible footprint within their organization.

CPI will work closely with the R&R Partners team to understand their current project management, accounting and media processes, workflows and roles + responsibilities in an effort to help them unify PM tools across their nine locations, gain operational and financial reporting, and leverage Workamajig to act as a catalyst for large scale organizational change that could not be initiated otherwise.
