(CPI), a national leader in financial and operational consulting for the marketing services industry, to develop customized Agency Workflow and launch a Project Management Discipline with customized Roles & Responsibilities and an agency DiSC Workshop.
CPI will work with the Two Rivers team to facilitate, document + visualize their unique Agency Workflows, customizing + incorporating best practices to create a more efficient, scalable + repeatable set of models. CPI will also work with Two Rivers to align their Organizational Structure with the newly defined Workflows, facilitate DiSC Profile Testing + Workshops, as well as customize Roles & Responsibilities (PR, Account Management, Project Management + Resourcing) to align them with the newly documented Workflows.
