CPI engaged by Universal Orlando Resort

Portland, OR, November 30, 2015 — Universal Orlando Resort, a theme park resort owned by NBCUniversal, has engaged Creative Performance Inc. (CPI), a national leader in financial and operational consulting for the marketing services industry, to perform an in-depth Workamajig Performance Audit for their in-house agency. CPI will work closely with Universal to identify best practices around their People, Processes and Technology, with an emphasis on improving project profitability, project throughput, end-user adoption and gaining access to operational reports to enable data-driven decisions.
