Portland, OR, December 1, 2018 — CPI has just wrapped an extensive three-year engagement with one of the largest theme parks in the United States, located in Orlando FL. We were tasked with conducting a Workamajig Performance Audit, Workamajig Redeployment, PM Discipline Design & Rollout, Workflow Design with Roles & Responsibilities, and leading a Business Intelligence initiative to improve decision making.
