The engagement will establish Workamajig as Ideabar Agency’s core agency management platform, supporting workflow execution, financial management, and operational visibility across the organization. Workamajig will support Ideabar in both external client billing and revenue recognition, as well as internal chargebacks with a custom integration with Oracle. This custom configuration will align with how the agency operates today while improving practices to support future scalability.
