This engagement builds on Ideabar Agency’s ongoing Workamajig investment and focuses on strengthening financial operations, media workflows, and internal adoption following launch. CPI is providing targeted post-deployment support to ensure Workamajig is fully operationalized across accounting, media processes, and internal agency teams.
As part of the engagement, CPI is supporting Ideabar Agency with:
- Workamajig post-launch revenue recognition and end-of-month support
- Workamajig accounts payable deployment + Oracle Integration
- Workamajig media workflow refinement and IO process deployment
The engagement is designed to reinforce system adoption, improve financial accuracy, and ensure Workamajig effectively supports Ideabar Agency’s end-to-end delivery model while integrating with their existing tools.
