IMPACT

CPI worked with leadership to design a new consolidated organization structure, clarify + normalize roles and responsibilities, as well as build consolidated workflows that took advantage of each agency’s unique strengths and capabilities. In addition, CPI developed a new financial + operational model for both sides of the Agency, focused on leveraging and sharing talent to increase quality and throughput of work. Subsequently, an Agency System of Record was deployed across both sides of the agency to increase collaboration and communication, as well as resource and load balance work effectively to meet the agency’s goals while promoting work/life balance for their culture.
